Returns & Refund Policy

Net30 Brands sells digital services — web hosting, VoIP telephone service, domain services, and digital downloads. We do not ship physical goods ourselves. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for each type of purchase.

Monthly Services (Hosting and VoIP)

You may cancel a monthly service at any time. A cancelled service keeps running through the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not billed again after that. We do not issue partial-period refunds for the current paid period.

Prepaid Time Beyond the Current Period

If you have prepaid for time beyond the current service period and request a refund of that unused prepaid time, we review those requests case by case. Contact support and we will work it out with you.

Domain Registrations and Transfers

Domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees are non-refundable. Once a registration, renewal, or transfer is processed with the registry, the registry does not return the fee, and neither can we.

Rush and Expedited Fees

Rush and expedited-service fees are non-refundable once the expedited work has been performed.

Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable once work on your setup has begun.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads cannot be returned once they have been delivered. If a file you purchased is defective or corrupt, we will replace it with a working copy — or refund it if we cannot deliver a working file.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Email us at hello@net30brands.com from the email address on your account and include your order or invoice details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
